Dr. Alicia Simpson is an educator, pastor, healthcare administrator, advisor, and visionary leader with a passion for developing people, strengthening communities, and equipping the next generation for purpose-driven leadership.
As the founder of Academy For Leaders, she is committed to creating a Christ-centered learning environment where students are supported academically, spiritually, socially, and personally — preparing them to lead with confidence, character, discipline, and integrity.
Her work in healthcare administration and advisory roles brings expertise in leadership, quality improvement, compliance, team development, and organizational systems — allowing her to lead with both vision and accountability.
