Academy For Leaders was created around a simple belief: education should help students discover what they are capable of becoming.

Academic achievement matters, but education should also help students develop confidence, discipline, communication skills, character, and a sense of responsibility.

Our goal is to create an environment where students are encouraged to learn, grow, ask questions, overcome challenges, and recognize their ability to become leaders in their homes, communities, careers, and future endeavors.

Our educational philosophy recognizes that students are individuals. They may have different strengths, learning styles, experiences, and areas where additional support is needed.

Christian principles provide an important foundation for the Academy For Leaders experience.

Students are encouraged to demonstrate integrity, respect, compassion, responsibility, perseverance, and service.

Our goal is not simply to develop successful students. We want to help develop young people who understand that how they treat others and how they use their talents matter.
